Below you will find all the practical information about the camp your child is registered for. Is there any information missing? Please let us know!

Packing list for your child

Every day:


  • Own packed lunch
  • Drink bottle
  • 2 snacks (preferably a piece of fruit and a snack)
  • Clothing adapted to the weather (raincoat/sunscreen/cap/...)


For the last day of the camp:


  • Sports clothes that can get dirty. (There will be multiple activities with 1 active activity)


Camp specific necessities:


  • See tables below, check carefully which camp your child is registered for!
  • The materials will be used on different days, depending from camp to camp. We ask to bring it from day 1 to avoid confusion on each day. The materials aren't used on the last campday.
  • Say your color upon arrival

Fall Holiday camp

(VK011) Robot-Tijdreizigerskamp YELLOW 6 - 8 years 1 Cardboard box with at least 2 sides of 20 cm (Expl. Cornflakes box, shoe box, etc.)
(VK013) LEGO Masters Kamp GREEN 8 - 10 years 1 USB stick (min 2GB) with name on it, only necessary to bring the project back home.

We would like dropping off and picking up your child to go smoothly. 


Therefore, please read carefully the following steps:

Please:

  • Drop-off and pick-up your child on time. 
  • During drop-off: Register at the table and say your color code.
  • During pick-up: Inform the coach(es) that you have picked-up your child(eren).



If you are not on time at pick-up we will bring your child to FERM. 

Drop-off Pick-up
8:45 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.

Attention: You have to apply  for FERM (=pre/after daycare).
Do this as soon as possible, the spots available may be limited.

What if your child is sick?

If your child is sick, please notify us immediately and keep your child home.  Our email: twa.leuven@ucll.be


You can also provide us with a doctor's certificate when you receive it.

Information about FERM

Attention:  You have to apply for FERM.

Deadline is on Thursday at 12:00 p.m. the week before the start of the camp.

Do this as soon as possible, the spots available may be limited.
